Olivier Peslier has been handed the mount aboard Prix de l’Abbaye winner Wizz Kid in the Qipco British Champions Sprint Stakes at Ascot on Saturday. He takes the ride after Gerald Mosse declared he would be riding in Australia. It will be the first time Olivier Peslier mounts the Robert Collet trained-four-year-old filly. He also rides Cirrus Des Aigles in the big race of the day, the Qipco Champion Stakes, where Frankel will be looking to go out with a bang. Wizz Kid is best-priced 7/2 second fav behind 3/1 fav Society Rock for Saturday’s Group Two race. She was second to Deacon Blues, another James Fanshawe horse twelve-months ago.
