Both Dundonnell and Sky Lantern received favourable draws for their Breeders Cup exerts. In fact, the draw was largely kind to the majority of European raiders with the leading fancy, Excelebration receiving stall six of nine in Saturday’s Mile. Sky Lantern looks the best-backed horse, into clear 5/2 favourite having been drawn in stall three – a ‘plum’ draw, for Friday’s Juvenile Fillies Turf. St Nicholas Abbey received stall three with Shareta next door in four and Treasure Beach in five for Saturday’s Turf. The Fugue, now clear favourite, was drawn four off the rail.
